Ingredients

  • 1 container The Original® Canton* Fondue Broth
  • Your choice of protein: cubed firm or smoked tofu, vegan sausages, cubed seitan or tempeh pieces
  • Your choice of vegetables: sliced mushrooms, broccoli or cauliflower cut into small florets, peppers cut into strips, sliced carrots or zucchini
  • Gnocchi, store-bought
  • Rice noodles

Directions

  1. Bring fondue broth to the boil in a saucepan.
  2. Meanwhile, arrange the rest of the prepared ingredients on serving plates.
  3. Transfer the hot broth to a fondue pot and place on a stove in the middle of the table.
  4. To cook, dip the selected ingredients (proteins, vegetables and noodles) into the broth.
  5. Once ready, serve with our delicious vegan Canton Oriental Style Fondue & Dipping Sauce.
