VEGAN FONDUE
Ingredients
- 1 container The Original® Canton* Fondue Broth
- Your choice of protein: cubed firm or smoked tofu, vegan sausages, cubed seitan or tempeh pieces
- Your choice of vegetables: sliced mushrooms, broccoli or cauliflower cut into small florets, peppers cut into strips, sliced carrots or zucchini
- Gnocchi, store-bought
- Rice noodles
Directions
- Bring fondue broth to the boil in a saucepan.
- Meanwhile, arrange the rest of the prepared ingredients on serving plates.
- Transfer the hot broth to a fondue pot and place on a stove in the middle of the table.
- To cook, dip the selected ingredients (proteins, vegetables and noodles) into the broth.
- Once ready, serve with our delicious vegan Canton Oriental Style Fondue & Dipping Sauce.
