Asian-style Ribs
Ingredients
3 lb (1.4 kg) baby back pork ribs
2 cups (500 mL) The Original® Broth
½ cup (125 mL) Canton Oriental Style sauce
½ cup (125 mL) ketchup
2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
2 tbsp (30 mL) honey
1 big onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp (15 mL) grated fresh ginger
Directions
1. Place ribs in crockpot.
2. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
3. Cover and cook on High for 6 hours or until meat pulls easily from bone.
4. Remove meat with a slotted spoon and keep warm.
5. Strain cooking juices, pour into a pot and bring to a boil.
6. Boil for 10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
7. Serve with pork ribs.
