Pulled Pork Tacos

Ingredients

1 pork shoulder, 3 lb (1.4 kg), cleaned and trimmed

5 garlic cloves, chopped

1 big yellow onion, chopped

2 cups (500 mL) The Original® Broth

½ cup (125 mL) Honey & Garlic Sauce

Salt and fresh ground pepper

8 hard taco shells

1 ½ cups (375 mL) grated aged Cheddar cheese

2 cups (500 mL) chopped lettuce

½ cup (125 mL) sour cream

Cilantro, to taste

Directions

  1. Place pork shoulder in slow cooker. Add garlic, onion, broth and Canton sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Shred the meat with a fork.
  4. Fill the taco shells with pulled pork. Garnish with cheese, lettuce, sour cream and cilantro to taste.
