Preparation 5 minutes

Cooking 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Brie or Camembert cheese, about 375 g
  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • Canton Sriracha sauce, to taste
  • 2 cups arugula
  • Fleur de sel and ground pepper, to taste (optional)

Directions

  1. Place cheese on two square sheets of aluminum foil, about 12 in. wide. Lift and scrunch the paper around cheese to keep it in place during cooking or transfer to a mall cast iron pan.
  2. Place on the still-hot embers of a campfire and cook for about 15 minutes or until cheese is very soft to the touch.
  3. Place cheese in the centre of the table and spread Canton Sriracha sauce lightly over bread. Add melted cheese and some arugula to serve. Enjoy.
