Gaspacho
Ingredients
250 mL (1 cup) Canton® Red Wine broth
4 large tomatoes, diced
1 English cucumber, cubed
128 g (1 cup) stale bread cubes
3 green onions, chopped
30 mL (2 tbsp) sherry vinegar
30 mL (2 tbsp) olive oil
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add Canton® Red Wine broth as needed to adjust texture.
- Chill a few hours before serving for best results.
