Garnished grilled corn
Ingredients
- 8 ears of corn, skinned
For butters:
- ½ cup of butter, tempered
- 2 tbsp. red onion, finely chopped
- Lime zest and juice
- Freshly ground pepper
Topping:
- ½ cup of Canton Sriracha sauce
- Feta cheese, rinsed and crumbled finely
Directions
- Preheat barbecue to medium high.
- In a saucepan of boiling salted water, cook corn
- In a small bowl, mix the butter with the onion, lime zest and juice, pepper
- using a brush, brush each corn with butter then put on the grid
- Bake 5 minutes, covered, turning them regularly
- When the corn is cooked, lightly spread with Canton sriracha sauce and coat with feta cheese. Serve immediately
