Ingredients

  • 8 ears of corn, skinned

For butters:

  • ½ cup of butter, tempered
  • 2 tbsp. red onion, finely chopped
  • Lime zest and juice
  • Freshly ground pepper

Topping:

  • ½ cup of Canton Sriracha sauce
  • Feta cheese, rinsed and crumbled finely

Directions

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium high.
  2. In a saucepan of boiling salted water, cook corn
  3. In a small bowl, mix the butter with the onion, lime zest and juice, pepper
  4. using a brush, brush each corn with butter then put on the grid
  5. Bake 5 minutes, covered, turning them regularly
  6. When the corn is cooked, lightly spread with Canton sriracha sauce and coat with feta cheese. Serve immediately
